It’s not long now until the 2016 Combined National Indoor Championships take place in Warwickshire, and we will be there alongside some of the world’s top archers for a weekend of all things archery.
Visit the KUDOS stand!
As well as being able to watch some first class archery – including Rio Olympian Patrick Huston, last year’s runner-up and Rio 2016 star Naomi Folkard, defending champion Amy Oliver and rising star Bryony Pitman – you’ll also be able to spend time with us!
We will be there with a range of kit samples – so you can come and check out the kind of exciting new kit your club could soon be lining up in. There will be loads to see and do for anyone on the archery scene and if last year is anything to go by, when we were joined at our stand by KUDOS ambassador and Paralympic legend Danielle Brown MBE, it will be another great weekend for archery aficionados. Come and say hello.
The Race to become National Champion
The event is set to be the biggest renewal yet, taking over two halls at the National Agricultural and Exhibition Centre at Stoneleigh Park in Kenilworth, Warwickshire. The Junior National Indoors, Back to Back and the National Indoor titles will all be decided across the first weekend in December (3rd and 4th), with elite archers from Britain and the rest of the world all set to take part – including Paul Tedford, Dave Cousins and Vic Wonderle from the USA, Hampus Borgstrom of Sweden, Croatian Domago Buden, Dutch archer Mike Schloesser and Belgium’s Sarah Prieels.
The event will round off what has been another excellent year for British archers, with the likes of Folkard, Oliver and Huston all lining up in their respective events. Amy and Naomi met in last year’s final, while George Harding will be hoping to defend his men’s recurve title.
The Juniors will go on the Saturday in Hall 1, with Hall 2 hosting the Back to Back on the same day, while Sunday will see the National Indoor Championships utilising both halls in the race to become National champion.
Come and join us!
So why not come along to Stoneleigh Park on the 3rd and 4th December, watch some of the world’s finest archers in action and come pay us a visit to see what KUDOS is all about. We’d be delighted to see you.
